What This Limited Warranty Covers. This limited
warranty covers chipping of the rims of flat items only
(plates, bowls and saucers) in our BANQUET and SKA collections,
which occur during ordinary use.
What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover. This limited warranty does
not cover breakage or cracking of any of our products or any damage arising from misuse or non-ordinary use of our products.
How Long Coverage Lasts. The coverage of this limited warranty lasts for five years from the date of your purchase of the items covered by this limited warranty.
What R.A.K. Porcelain Will Do. We will replace any flat items (plates, bowls
and saucers) in the BANQUET and SKA collections that have rim chips, free of
charge. We reserve the right to inspect the item and determine whether it is covered by this limited warranty.
How You Can Get Service. In order to be eligible for service under this limited
warranty, you MUST return the attached limited warranty registration form within
30 days of the date of your purchase together with a copy of your proof ofpurchase.
To receive a replacement if a rim chip occurs in your flat item (plate, bowl or
saucer) from the BANQUET or SKA collection, please send the item, postage
paid, to the address below:
